Hypnosis is the exploration of your subconscious mind.

By working with the subconscious mind, you can find new solutions to problems, overcome life long blockages and discover new insights about yourself. All of the answers are already within you.

In these sessions, Andrea Vosiková will guide you to the deeper levels of your mind. Some people say this feels like a deep guided meditation. You are always in control of your own mind and body during these sessions and you will only be able to go as deep as you allow yourself.

If you are interested in working with hypnosis, Andrea will organise a call prior to your appointment to ensure you are prepared for the session.

Sessions can be in person or online and are available in English and German.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a way of accessing your subconscious mind and finding resources or solutions to current challenges. Working with voice induction, the words spoken will guide you into a deep sense of meditation and a relaxed state of mind. Although you will feel a deep relaxation, you will still have control of your mind and body, and you can choose whether or not you follow the suggestions.

Can everyone be hypnotised?

Hypnosis can only happen to those who are willing to allow it to happen. How responsive you are to hypnosis will depend on a number of factors such as – fears of hypnosis, high expectations etc. In the pre-talk we will chat about all of this so that you can feel relaxed and calm in your session.

Hypnosis is not for those with severe mental health issues (psychosis), or learning disabilities where cooperation is difficult. It is also not suitable for people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Can hypnosis make me do things that I don’t want to do?

No. under hypnosis you still have control of your mind and body. During the session, Amdrea will give you suggestions of what parts of your mind to explore, but often if there is resistance or you are not ready to explore those topics or ideas, the mind will easily stay blank.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis feels like a deep meditative state, or those moments just before you fall into deep sleep.

Can I get ´stuck´ in hypnosis?

No, at the end of the session, you will be guided back to your normal state of consciousness. Even without this guidance, returning to regular consciousness is possible by yourself. We enter and come out of daydreams several times per day.
